Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship globally, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions due to international plant regulations.

We stand behind every bamboo plant, magnolia tree, and fragrant specimen in our collection. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right within 15 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Initiate Your Request

- Order number
- Photos of the received plant
- Reason for return/exchange
2. Receive Authorization
Our plant specialists will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return shipping instructions (if applicable)
- Exchange options for similar specimens
- Special care instructions for returning live plants
3. Ship Your Return (If Required)
For non-perishable or damaged items:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all plant tags and care instructions

4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days via your preferred method
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our plants’ wellbeing, these cannot be returned:
- Custom-sized or mature trees (over 6ft tall)
- Plants removed from original packaging or repotted
- Specimens showing post-delivery damage from improper care
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable items like certain fruit trees may have special requirements
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your bamboo plants or trees arrive damaged:
- Photograph the packaging and plant immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We’ll typically ship a replacement without requiring return
Exchange Policy
We happily exchange plants within 15 days if:
- The plant is in original, resalable condition
- All care tags and documentation are included
- The exchange plant is of equal or lesser value
Refund Details
